    Welcome to Alkhidmat Fundraiser Platform, the official fundraising platform for Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use & Fundraising Policy, which govern your rights and responsibilities as a fundraiser and donor.

    Our mission is to provide transparent, accountable, and impactful fundraising for the causes supported by Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan. To maintain our integrity and ensure that funds are used effectively, all fundraising campaigns must align with our approved causes.

  • 2. Eligibility for Fundraisers

    • Only registered users are allowed to create fundraising campaigns.
    • Fundraisers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
    • You agree to provide accurate and verifiable information when setting up a campaign.


  • 3. Fundraising Campaign Guidelines

  • 3.1. Approved Causes

  • All funds raised through our platform must support the official causes of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, including but not limited to:

    • Orphan Support
    • Disaster Relief & Emergency Assistance
    • Clean Water Projects
    • Healthcare & Medical Aid
    • Education for Underprivileged Children
    • Skill Development & Livelihood Programs

  • 3.2. Prohibited Campaigns

    • Fundraisers cannot create campaigns for personal financial needs or any unverified individual cases.
    • Campaigns that violate local laws, religious values, or ethical guidelines will be removed.
    • Misrepresentation of causes or fraudulent fundraising will lead to account suspension and legal action.

  • 4. Use of Raised Funds

    • All funds collected through this platform will be transferred directly to Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan.
    • The foundation will allocate the funds based on the most urgent needs under its approved causes.
    • Fundraisers cannot withdraw, redirect, or personally manage any raised funds.

  • 5. Transparency & Accountability

    • Donors will receive official receipts and updates on fund utilization.
    • Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan ensures 100% transparency in fund distribution and project execution.
    • Regular reports and success stories will be shared to demonstrate the impact of donations.

  • 6. Code of Conduct for Fundraisers

    • Fundraisers must act responsibly and ethically when promoting campaigns.
    • False claims, emotional manipulation, or unauthorized marketing tactics are strictly prohibited.
    • Campaign promotions should align with Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan’s values and mission.

  • 7. Donor Rights & Responsibilities

    • Donors must contribute funds voluntarily without coercion.
    • Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded, except in cases of fraudulent transactions.
    • Donors have the right to request information about how their contributions are being utilized.

  • 8. Violation of Terms

    • Non-compliance with these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
    • Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan reserves the right to modify, reject, or remove any campaign at its discretion.
